- Who applies the makeup?
Our makeup artists are hand-picked professional artists who have worked in the field AND been trained in the Rouge way. Our artists will listen to what you want to help you feel like your most beautiful you.
- How long will my appointment take?
Depending on your service, an appointment can range from 10 minutes to an hour. If you’re in a rush, let us know how much time you have and we’ll make sure to have you ready in time.
- How much do your services cost?

- What types of payment do you accept?
Rouge Salons accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for online bookings. For all other payment types, including international payments, please contact the salon for assistance.
- How do I prepare for my appointment?
We prefer you have a makeup-free, cleansed and moisturized face. However, if you want to keep some makeup on, we can work with that!
- How long does the makeup last?
Our makeup applications are built to last and hold throughout your day, night and beyond!
- Can men come to Rouge?
Of course, everyone deserves a little pampering! All of our services are available for men.
- Do you do parties?

- Can I book an appointment outside of Rouge's hours?
Yes! You are busy and this is a service for you. Let our stylists come to you with our house-call service.

- Does Rouge do weddings?

- What is your cancellation policy?
Rouge Salons requires a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel in less than 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge for the full list price of the service. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call our salon.
- How do I change or cancel an existing appointment?
If your schedule changes and you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so by calling our salon.
- Is gratuity included in the service price?
Gratuity is not included in the service price. For your convenience, the suggested gratuity amount will be indicated on your receipt at checkout.
